Child of the God of Murder

Commissioned piece depicting a Dark Urge inspired entity, walking with a blood eclipse behind their head.
This was the piece that challenged me to bring everything I've learned in recent times and put it to actual use, in a full finished piece. It was an absolute joy, start to finish, and it made me question how I can push my drawings even further than usual, and it was also great to be able to draw something from a horror angle.
I keep having rennaisance paintings in mind while drawing this, since there is something I truly love about the way they depict physicality with majesty and grace.
The piece was commissioned by a client, and the original character belongs to @AshuronTheDerg on X. The big design elements were very much from them, but I was given go-ahead for a slightly more monstrous spin.
